Planning Permission (September 2014) was granted for 10no. 4-bed luxury houses in one of Cheltenham’s popular residential areas.

Previous attempts by others to maximise the potential of the site were unsuccessful, creating awkward living and reduced numbers.

The solution is now a simple and elegant group of semi-detached and detached dwellings, all with garages, parking and gardens.
