Following the relocation of the former Victory Club, Stanley Partnership acquired Planning Permission for 9no. Luxury Town Houses.

Light, views and an exciting sense of space were maximised, whilst overlooking was kept to a minimum.

The proximity of the nine houses forced an innovative, predominantly single aspect solution, utilising roof glazing and open plan areas to maximise light to all parts of the houses.
