Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (A.O.N.B), the original house was derelict and unsuitable for occupation. Stanley Partnership worked very closely with the local Planning Authority and gained Approval for a 4000sqft luxury house.

The simple pallet of materials responds to the important nature of the site, whilst creating a modern clean design.
