Planning Permission was granted in 2012 and work completed summer 2013 for these four striking houses in the heart of one of Cheltenham’s premier residential areas.

Surrounding the bold red bay windows is a colour changing cladding panel which reacts to the light creating a moving facade.

The design represents a real first for Cheltenham and all have sold.
