Compass House

Situated in the highly prestigious Lypiatt road, Compass House is part of a group of Regency Villas. Over the years they have all been extended and modified, but the feel of the original layout still remains.

Stanley Partnership’s involvement began in the 1990’s with a refurbishment and roof penthouse extension. Since then the building ownership has changed , with SP being retained for future works.

Compass House is now occupied by a major national Solicitor, and their need to expand has required us to re-examine the layout of the site with a view to extended the building.

Planning Permission was granted in October 2015 for a two storey side extension to accommodate the additional staff members.

The project is now fully occupied and the staff have all said that the building is a great success.
