The Clients of this victorian detached dwelling located in Leckhampton, asked Stanley Partnership to create a more cohesive layout for entering and circulating within the property.

The design should also include front and rear extensions.

With opening up the core of the building and installing a new stair within a double height space, the property now has a simple flow and amazing views of the Leckhampton hills over the Clients manicured rear garden.

The external fabric to the rear extension was created with zinc anthracite standing seam, aluminium glazing and a sedum roof.
